Shipping and Delivery Policy
- At our store, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely, with clear explanations of all shipping and delivery details within and outside the Kingdom to ensure a clear and convenient shopping experience.
Shipping within Saudi Arabia (all cities and villages)
- We deliver to every city and village in the Kingdom, not only Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam, via SMSA.
- Shipping fee: 9 for any order up to 15 kg.
- Orders heavier than 15 kg: 1 is added for each extra kg. Example: a 20 kg order = 9 + 5 = 14 SAR.
- Free shipping on any order over 199 SAR.
- You will see the final shipping fee in the cart before you pay, with no surprises.
- Delivery time: usually 2 to 4 business days; remote areas may take up to 5 days.
⚡ Same-day delivery (Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam & Eastern Province)
- If you are in Jeddah, Riyadh or the Eastern Province and the item is in stock at your city branch, it arrives the same day.
- If the item is not in stock at your city branch, we send it from another branch and it arrives within 1 to 2 business days.
- All other cities receive their orders by regular shipping within 2 to 4 business days.
International Shipping
- Currently, international shipping is only available via DHL Express .
- International shipping cost:
- It starts from 50 riyals, and is calculated automatically according to the weight of the shipment and its destination when the order is completed.

- Some countries impose customs duties or import taxes that vary according to the regulations of the receiving country.
- The store is not responsible for:
- Any additional customs duties or taxes.
- Any delays resulting from customs procedures.
- Any customs requests require the customer to communicate via email or submit local documents.
- The responsibility for communicating with customs and completing the required procedures rests entirely with the client.
Order processing
- Orders are processed and coordinated with the shipping company within an estimated period of 1 to 3 working days.
- All orders are sent to the warehouse at 3:00 PM for preparation.
- Orders registered after this time are rolled over to the next day.
- Friday: Orders are not processed or delivered.
- In the event of any delay due to product shortages or shipping company-related circumstances, the customer will be notified in advance.

- If the order is delayed within the Kingdom for more than 9 working days :
- The store will bear the full shipping cost .
