- Agenda 25 EC is an insecticide designed to combat termites in the form of a broad-spectrum liquid that contains the active ingredient fipronil 2.5% to combat termites. It has a distinctive chemical composition that is distinguished in its mechanism of action by the feature of tracking the rest of the colony.
- It kills termites upon ingestion or contact, as it works by disrupting the normal function of the insect's central nervous system.
- Agenda 25 EC starts killing termites within 24 to 36 hours.
- The active ingredient fipronil acts on the GABA 4 receptor in the central nervous system of the insect, where the pathway for chlorine ions is closed, leading to a neurological disorder that results in the death of the insect. Eliminating the role of GABA 4 in regulating nerve function distinguishes AGENDA from the rest of the other pesticides used in
- Anti-earth.
- Fipronil eliminates insects through contact and stomach. Insects that feed on the pesticide or that come into contact with the pesticide do not die directly, but rather transfer the pesticide and the food contaminated with it to the rest of the colony, in what is known as the characteristic of sequential extermination or the domino phenomenon.
- Agenda 25 EC is a long-acting pesticide that lasts up to 90 days, making you not have to repeat spraying again.
- It sticks to food (cellulose found inside wood and cardboard) that is edible, which termite workers transport to the rest of the colony and share with their colleagues to kill the colony when they eat it.
- Agenda 25 EC is considered one of the most toxic pesticides for termites because it binds to the nerve endings of the insects only.
- Agenda 25 EC is a non-repellent termite pesticide, which is the ideal termite control solution that provides the longest structural protection for the building.
- The pesticide is easily transferred from one termite to another, through direct contact between the ants.
- Provides long-term protection of a minimum of 5 years against termites. It can also be mixed with kerosene.
- Agenda pesticide is safe to use around pets.
Target pests
- Agenda 25 EC kills many other insects, such as bedbugs, beetles, cockroaches, fleas, ticks, rootworms, mites, and other insects as well.
Product specifications
- Country of production: Thailand.
- Size: 1 litre.
- Smell: No smell.
- Active ingredient: Fipronil 2.5%
How to use Agenda 25 EC pesticide:
- Concentration of Agenda 25 IC pre-construction: 25 ml / per 1 liter of water.
- Concentration of Agenda 25 EC after construction: 15 ml / per 1 liter of water
- Pre-construction treatment: A solution is prepared at a ratio of 1 liter of agenda per 200 to 250 liters of water. Then the ground on which the building will stand is sprayed at a rate of 5 liters/m2.
Treating an area infested with termites:
- In the floors: Using a drilling machine, holes with a diameter of 0.05-1 cm can be made directly in the floors, so that the distance between each hole is 40-50. Prepare a solution of 1 liter of agenda for every 200-250 liters of water and inject 2 liters of water into each hole. 35-30
- In the walls: If there is a severe infestation, it is preferable to treat the walls. A hole is made in the walls at a height of 1.5 m, with a distance of 40-50 cm between each hole and the next. Each hole is injected at a rate of 2 liters of solution at a ratio of 1 liter of agenda per 200-250 liters of water.
- The pesticide continues to be effective in eliminating and preventing termites for a period of no less than 5 years
Places of use:
- Agenda pesticide is used in homes, shops, and buildings under construction, and it is also applied to the soil surrounding buildings.
- Agenda 25 EC pesticide can be used to combat termites before construction or after construction.
