Order today, receive it today.
We offer same-day delivery to bring you what you need quickly, seven days a week, subject to the coverage area and product availability. The service terms and ordering times are set out below to ensure a clear and fast delivery experience.
The service is currently available in:
Jeddah • Riyadh • Dammam • Khobar • Qatif • Saihat • Anak
It covers addresses within the available delivery range in each city or area. Some remote locations, or those outside the service area, may need a different delivery date.
The delivery service is available 7 days a week, including Friday, for eligible orders within the coverage area.
Orders completed and confirmed before 5:00 PM are delivered the same day, provided all the products ordered are available at the branch or warehouse serving your area.
An order is considered confirmed once it has been successfully placed, the delivery details are complete, and payment has been confirmed, if the payment method requires prepayment.
Orders confirmed from 5:00 PM onward are scheduled for delivery the next day.
If delivery is possible and there is capacity on the driver's route, your order may be delivered the same day, but same-day delivery is not guaranteed after 5:00 PM.
Same-day delivery requires that all products in the order are available at the branch or warehouse serving your area.
If a product must be transferred from another branch or warehouse, the order may need additional time and will be delivered at the earliest available date once it is complete.
Orders with large quantities, heavy or bulky items, or that need special preparation or transport may not be eligible for same-day delivery.
In these cases, we coordinate with the customer to set a suitable delivery date.
To make sure your order arrives without delay, please enter a correct and complete address, and make sure your mobile number is correct and the recipient can be reached.
If the customer cannot be reached, does not answer the driver, or the address is incorrect or incomplete and prevents delivery, the order is rescheduled to the earliest available date.
Same-day delivery means the order arrives on the same day it is confirmed, for orders that meet the conditions. It does not mean arrival within a set number of hours or at a specific time.
The arrival time is arranged according to the customer's location, the driver's route, and the order of deliveries during the day.
Same-day delivery may not be possible in some circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or emergencies that affect delivery operations.
In these cases, we work to deliver the order at the earliest available date.
We always aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, with a clear and reliable service from the moment you order until you receive it.
