PULSFOG K30-20-Bio – thermal fogging technology: the practical, fast solution. The PULSFOG fogging machine applies chemicals efficiently and quickly.
- Its key advantage is speed: it can treat an area of up to 150,000 sq ft in less than 45 minutes.
- Saves time and money by reducing the number of workers needed and the quantity of chemicals used, by producing billions of tiny droplets.
- PULSFOG thermal foggers are equipped with a pulse-jet engine – an internationally protected invention that gave the company its name, PulsFog.
- The engine is lightweight and highly efficient compared with conventional machines, and has no moving mechanical parts, allowing unlimited operation.
- The bottle-shaped combustion chamber is connected directly to the exhaust pipe.
- Features a direct fuel-injection starting carburetor (PULSFOG patent) and a vibrating diaphragm (air intake valve) that regulates pulsation and combustion in the chamber at around 80–100 pulses.
Key Features:
- Supplied with remote control
- Original German-made machine
- Safe, easy to use, heavy-duty unit
- Covers a large area with a small quantity of pesticide compared with conventional water-based spraying
- Strong effect, as the pesticide-laden fog spreads into hard-to-reach areas
Specifications:
- Spray tank capacity: 2 × 65 L
- Weight: 70 kg
- Dimensions: 160 × 97 × 93
- Fuel tank capacity: 20 L
- Engine displacement: 2000 cm³
Thermal Fogging Applications:
- Delivering pesticide to hidden places where insects shelter and that are hard to reach with conventional equipment.
- Controlling airborne germs or disinfecting surfaces and ceilings with disinfectants in cattle and poultry farms.
What Is Thermal Fogging?
- Thermal fogging generates extremely fine droplets in the 1–50 micron range using a hot air stream that vaporizes the solution at the end of the hot-air outlet pipe; the vapor condenses into ultra-fine droplets as soon as it meets cooler air, forming fog clouds.
