Exchange and Return Policy

  • At our store, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a reliable shopping experience. Therefore, a clear exchange and return policy has been adopted that guarantees customer rights and complies with the e-commerce regulations approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Return Policy

  • The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 7 days of the date of receiving the order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must:
  • Not used.
  • In its original condition.
  • Inside the original packaging.
  • Attached with all accessories (if any).


Cases not covered by refunds

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or storage.
  • Products included in special offers or clearance sales, unless they have a manufacturing defect .
  • Products that cannot be returned for health or regulatory reasons.


Replacement policy

  • The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt.
  • Replacement is accepted in the following cases:
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • A product different from what was requested arrived.
  • There is a proven manufacturing defect.


Shipping costs for exchange or return

  • If the error was caused by the store (wrong product or damage during shipping):
  • The store bears all shipping costs .
  • If the customer wishes to return or exchange the item without any fault:
  • The customer bears the shipping costs to and from the destination .


⏳ Return mechanism

  • Contact customer service within the specified return period.
  • Send clear pictures of the product upon request.
  • After approval, the return shipment to the warehouse is arranged.
  • The product is inspected upon arrival.
  • The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the same payment method.


International Orders

  • International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the following cases:
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • There is an error in the product sent.
  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties or additional expenses imposed by the receiving country.

  • Please make sure the order is correct before completing the purchase.
  • If the product arrives at the warehouse in a condition that violates the return conditions, the store has the right to refuse the order or reship the product to the customer, bearing the shipping costs.
  • If the order contains more than one product, the return or exchange is limited to the product in question only.
  • If the order is refused without a valid reason, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • The store is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies or force majeure circumstances beyond its control.
