Deltasad 480 SC is a systemic insecticide containing spinosad 48% from the spinosyn group. It acts by contact and ingestion and has local systemic (translaminar) action inside leaf tissue, giving efficient control of insect pests. It is highly effective against worms, thrips, leaf miners and Tuta absoluta in vegetables, fruit trees and alfalfa. Its suspension concentrate (SC) formulation ensures uniform spreading and lasting crop protection.

Directions for Use (from label)
- Vegetables (cucumber, tomato, eggplant, pepper, spinach and others): 30 ml per 100 L of water against worms and tomato leaf miner (Tuta absoluta); 25 ml per 100 L of water against thrips; 40 ml per 100 L of water against leaf miners.
- Fruit trees (pome fruits, citrus and palms): 30 ml per 100 L of water against worms, fruit worms and stem borers.
- Alfalfa: 30 ml per 100 L of water against worms and leaf miners.
Pre-Harvest Interval and Re-entry
- Pre-harvest interval: vegetables 3 days; fruit trees 7 days; alfalfa 7 days.
- Re-entry interval: 4 hours after treatment.
Precautions
- Wear gloves, a mask and protective clothing during mixing and spraying.
- Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling the product.
- Avoid spraying when bees are actively foraging; spray in the early morning or evening.
- Store in the original container away from children, food and animal feed.
