- Decore 250 EC is a systemic fungicide containing the active ingredient difenoconazole 25% W/V (250 g/L), belonging to the triazole group (FRAC Group 3). It is highly effective in preventing and curing a wide range of fungal diseases on vegetables, fruit, cereals and ornamentals. It is quickly absorbed after spraying and moves within the tissues to protect new growth, and it inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis in fungal cells, stopping fungal growth and spread. It provides long-lasting protection, helps keep plants vigorous and improves crop quality and yield, making it an ideal choice within integrated disease management programs.
Key Features
- Contains difenoconazole 250 g/L, known for its high efficacy against many fungal diseases.
- DMI mode of action that blocks ergosterol biosynthesis in fungal cells, stopping fungal growth and spread.
- Translocated within the plant after uptake to protect leaves and new growth.
- Combines preventive and curative action to control fungal diseases.
- Long protection period that reduces the need for repeat sprays.
- EC (emulsifiable concentrate) formulation for fast uptake and excellent spread on the plant.
- Effective against powdery mildew, rusts, scab, anthracnose, leaf spots, blights and many other fungal diseases.
- Suitable for many vegetable, fruit, cereal and ornamental crops.

- Wheat: for powdery mildew, rusts and leaf spots, spray 0.5 L per hectare. PHI: 21 days.
- Ornamentals: for powdery mildew, rusts and leaf spots, spray 0.6 L per hectare with full plant coverage. PHI: not applicable.
Note: Spray water volume varies with crop type and plant size, so use enough water to cover all plant parts, and follow the recommended rates and pre-harvest intervals.
Precautions
- Use only at the recommended rates.
- Spray early in the morning or before sunset; avoid spraying in strong wind or high temperatures.
- Do not mix with alkaline compounds or products of unknown compatibility without a jar test first.
- Rotate with fungicides from different FRAC groups to limit fungal resistance.
- Wear personal protective equipment during mixing and spraying.
- Avoid contaminating water sources, animal feed or food with the product.
- Store in the tightly closed original container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Orkida Tip
- For best results, apply Decore 250 EC preventively before disease spreads or at the first symptoms, covering all plant parts with the spray solution, especially the underside of the leaves. Do not use FRAC Group 3 fungicides in more than two consecutive sprays; rotate with other groups such as FRAC 7 or FRAC 11 within an integrated program to keep the active ingredient effective, reduce the risk of resistant fungal strains and ensure longer crop protection with higher quality and yield.
