Agita® 10 WG is a professional house fly bait formulated as water-dispersible granules (WG). It contains the active ingredient thiamethoxam 10% plus the sex attractant (Z)-9-tricosene 0.05%, which increases the attraction of flies to the bait and gives high control efficacy. The sugar-based formula, enriched with food attractants, draws flies in and gets them feeding on the bait quickly; it acts by contact and ingestion to clear infestations efficiently. It is used to protect public health and control flies in homes, restaurants, bakeries, slaughterhouses, poultry farms, livestock barns and agricultural and production facilities. It is easy to use, can be applied by painting or spot spraying, and gives a residual effect lasting several weeks depending on conditions.

Directions for Use:
1) Paint-on application
- Dose: 400 g Agita 10 WG + 320 ml water.
- Preparation: Gradually add the water to the product while stirring until a smooth, easy-to-spread paste forms.
- Application: Paint the product as strips or spots on walls, posts, ceilings and places where flies rest. Distribute the paint over 30 to 60 spots across the site rather than in one place, at a height of 1.5 to 2 m in fly resting areas. Avoid surfaces that are frequently washed or exposed to rain or direct sunlight.
- Coverage: One 400 g pack treats a floor area of up to 160 m², or 200 to 240 m² of surfaces.
2) Spot spray application
- Dose: 400 g Agita 10 WG + 3.2 L water.
- Preparation: Dissolve the product completely in the water while stirring until a uniform solution is obtained.
- Application: Spray only where flies gather, such as walls, posts, windows, doors, ceilings, partitions and fly resting areas inside barns and facilities. Blanket spraying of the whole building is not recommended; limit treatment to surfaces where flies usually land.
- Coverage: One pack treats a floor area of up to 160 m², or 200 to 240 m² of surfaces.
Re-application:
- Re-apply when bait efficacy declines or fly numbers increase.
- Efficacy may be shorter in places exposed to frequent washing, dust or direct sunlight.
Withdrawal Period:
- No withdrawal period when used according to the directions, as the product is applied to surfaces and fly resting sites, not directly to food or animals.
Precautions:
- Use the product at the recommended doses only.
- Do not apply directly to animals, feed, drinking water containers or food-contact surfaces.
- Wear gloves and suitable protective equipment during preparation and application.
- Avoid contact with eyes or skin and avoid inhaling dust.
- Do not apply to surfaces exposed to frequent washing, rain or direct sunlight, as this shortens efficacy.
- Store in the original tightly closed container in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
- Dispose of empty containers safely according to local regulations and do not reuse them for any other purpose.

- For best results, focus Agita 10 WG on fly resting sites such as posts, walls and around windows, and regularly remove organic waste, manure and moisture sources to reduce fly breeding sites. Use the product within an integrated pest management (IPM) program, rotating between insecticides from different chemical groups to maintain control efficacy and reduce the risk of resistance.
