Exchange and return policy

Dear customer, in the event that you purchase a product and want to exchange or return the product after shipping it to you, we provide the following conditions in order to complete the exchange or return process in a simple and easy way.

1- The time period for exchange and return:

In the event that the application has been executed and has not been prepared and the customer requested to cancel it, then the electronic payment fees will be deducted from that, but if the application has been prepared, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date the customer receives the shipment.

2- Terms of exchange and return

The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and it has all the labels attached, not removed or damaged, and it must be wrapped in its original cover.

If there is a manufacturing defect or a problem with the product, it will be repaired, and if the repair is not possible, it will be replaced or its full value will be refunded.

· In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, we bear the shipping costs.

The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for replacing or returning products.

In the event of an exchange or return, the customer shall bear the full undiscounted shipping costs of 28.60 riyals, with a total of 57.2 riyals (for delivery and return service) + electronic payment fees + packaging fees of 5 riyals, if any.

Return and exchange through the same shipping company that delivered the product to the customer.

  • Opened products are not replaced if it is not proven that there is a manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are everything that violates or deviates from the warranty conditions such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the opened product in an unnatural condition - failure to follow the instructions for use .
  • If the product is examined and it turns out that it is under warranty and the defect is found, the customer will be compensated with a new product, and Orchida will bear the shipping cost. A bill of lading is sent to the customer and the customer is expected to deliver the product to the shipping company within 7 days from the date of sending the policy to him. An agreement is made with the customer on the method of delivery to the shipping companies with the customer service team, and the policy is canceled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company during this period.
