- Midronil 5% SC is a concentrated suspension (SC) insecticide containing the active ingredient fipronil at a concentration of 5%. It is a globally recognized and widely used ingredient in professional termite control programs. The insecticide works by treating the soil and areas of termite activity around buildings and foundations. The active ingredient helps reach and control active insects within the colony, thus limiting the spread of infestation. The product is used pre-construction to create a protective zone around foundations and post-construction to treat existing infestations. This helps protect doors, furniture, woodwork, and structures vulnerable to termite damage. The packaging is easy to use and suitable for localized treatments and limited infestations in homes, villas, and various other buildings.
