🔁 Exchange and Return Policy

  • At our store, we prioritize customer satisfaction and providing a reliable shopping experience. Therefore, we have adopted a clear exchange and return policy in accordance with the e-commerce regulations approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


📦 Return Policy

  • The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 7 days of the date of receiving the order.
  • The following conditions must be met for a refund to be accepted:
    • The product must be unused .
    • It should be in its original state .
    • It must be in its original packaging .
    • Attach all accessories if available.

❌ Cases not covered by refunds

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or storage.
  • Discounted products or those included in special offers, unless they have a manufacturing defect .
  • Products that cannot be returned for health or regulatory reasons.

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt in the following cases:
    • The product arrived damaged.
    • A product different from what was requested arrived.
    • There is a proven manufacturing defect .

🚚 Shipping costs for exchange or return

  • If the error is from the store (wrong product or damaged during shipping):
    • The store bears all shipping costs .
  • If the customer wishes to return or exchange the item without any fault:
    • The customer bears the shipping costs to and from the destination .

🧾 Restocking fees

  • A fixed restocking and shipping fee of 18 Saudi Riyals will be deducted from the value of the returned order (if any).
  • No restocking fees will be charged in the event of a store error or manufacturing defect.

⏳ Return mechanism

  • Customer service will be contacted within the specified return period.
  • Clear photos of the product must be sent when requesting a return or exchange.
  • After approval, the return shipment to the warehouse is arranged.
  • The product is inspected upon arrival.
  • The refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

🌍 International Orders

  • International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the following cases:
    • The product arrived damaged.
    • There is an error in the product sent.
  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties or additional expenses imposed by the receiving country.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please make sure the order is correct before completing the purchase.
  • If the product arrives at the warehouse in a condition that does not meet the return conditions, the store has the right to refuse the order and reship the product to the customer, charging him the shipping costs.
  • If the order contains more than one product, the return or exchange is limited to the product in question only.
  • If the order is refused without a valid reason, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • The store is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies or force majeure circumstances beyond its control.
