Warranty and Maintenance Terms

We are committed to offering reliable products and clear after-sales service that protects the rights of both the customer and the store. Warranty terms apply according to the product type, the manufacturer's conditions, and the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Warranty Period

The warranty starts from the purchase date shown on the invoice.

The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer. The period specified for each product applies, and it will not be less than any mandatory warranty period required by law where applicable.

The warranty period covers manufacturing defects and faults covered by the warranty. It does not mean that all faults will be repaired, or all spare parts replaced, free of charge throughout the warranty period.

When Is a Repair Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults covered by the product or manufacturer warranty during the warranty period.

Repair is free of charge to the customer when inspection confirms that the cause of the fault is a defect in the product or in one of its components covered by the warranty, and not the result of use, wear, or an external cause.

Defect covered by the warranty: the fault is handled at no cost to the customer in accordance with the product warranty terms.

When Is Maintenance at the Customer's Expense?

If inspection shows that the fault is not caused by a defect covered by the warranty, it is treated as paid maintenance.

Cases not covered by the warranty include:

  • Misuse or failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Breakage, drops, impact, or damage resulting from accidents.
  • Operating the device beyond its capacity or its specified operating conditions.
  • Using the product for a purpose or application it is not designed for.
  • Professional use or intensive operation of a product not designed for it, where this is shown to have caused the fault.
  • Using fuel, oil, or operating materials that do not meet the product specifications.
  • Using a power source or voltage that does not suit the device specifications.
  • Water or liquids entering the engine, the electrical parts, or parts not designed to be exposed to them.
  • Neglect, improper storage, or failure to carry out the care and maintenance required by the manufacturer instructions.
  • Normal wear of parts and components resulting from operation and use.
  • Installing incompatible parts or carrying out incorrect modification or repair, where this is shown to have caused the fault.

Having the product within the warranty period does not make faults resulting from these cases eligible for free repair.

Technical Inspection

When a fault occurs, the cause of the problem is identified first before a warranty claim is approved.

Photos or a video of the problem may be requested for an initial assessment.

If the cause cannot be determined, the product is received and the necessary technical inspection is carried out.

After inspection, the customer is informed of the result:

  • Fault covered by the warranty: it is handled at no cost under the warranty terms.
  • Fault not covered by the warranty: the cause of the fault is explained, together with the cost of maintenance and the spare parts required.

No paid maintenance is carried out unless the customer approves the cost.

Maintenance Duration

We work to complete maintenance as quickly as possible. For cases subject to the after-sales service regulations, the periods set by law for the product type and service apply.

The maintenance duration may be affected by the need to obtain a spare part or to send the product to the manufacturer's service center, as permitted by the regulations and the warranty terms.

Where the law requires the warranty period to be extended because of delays in maintenance or in supplying spare parts, it is extended in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Spare Parts and Consumable Parts

We provide spare parts for products for which this service is available, depending on the product type, the availability of the part, the manufacturer's commitments, and legal requirements.

If a part must be replaced to repair a fault covered by the warranty, the covered part is handled without charging its cost to the customer.

If a part must be replaced because of normal wear, misuse, or a fault not covered by the warranty, the cost of the part and of the maintenance is borne by the customer.

The period for which spare parts are available depends on the nature of the part, its availability, and the legal periods that apply to it.

Pesticides, Fertilizers, and Agricultural Products

Pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, and consumable agricultural products are not subject to the maintenance warranty that applies to devices and equipment.

We guarantee the customer, upon receipt:

  • Receiving the correct product, matching the order.
  • Receiving the quantity ordered.
  • Intact packaging, with no visible damage or leakage on receipt.
  • That the product is within its expiry date, where the product has one.

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, different from the order, incomplete, or expired, or if a defect or non-conformity is found, please contact us as soon as you discover the problem so that the case can be verified and handled in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Problem on Receiving the Product

If you receive a product and find that it is damaged, incomplete, different from the order, or has a problem from the first use, please contact us as soon as you discover the problem.

Please keep the product, its packaging, and its accessories, and provide us with the order number and clear photos or a video of the problem so that the case can be verified and the appropriate action taken.

Requesting Warranty or Maintenance

To request warranty or maintenance service, please provide:

  • The order number or purchase invoice.
  • The product name and model, if any.
  • A clear description of the problem.
  • Photos or a video of the problem, when needed.

Determining the cause of a fault may require handing in the product for inspection. After inspection, the customer is informed of the result, whether the case is covered by the warranty, and the action required.

Warranty in Brief

  • Product defect covered by the warranty: handled at no cost.
  • Fault caused by use or wear and not covered by the warranty: maintenance and spare parts for a fee.
  • Cause of the fault unclear: inspection first, then the warranty status is determined.

These terms apply without prejudice to consumer rights under the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
