• Free delivery: for orders over 149 riyals .
International Shipping:
1. Gulf Countries (SMSA Express):
• Cost: 39 riyals for the first kilogram, and 18 riyals are added for each additional kilogram.
• Destinations: All Gulf countries via SMSA.
2. International Shipping (DHL):
• Cost: Starting from 60 riyals and is automatically determined according to the weight of the product.

Order Processing Policy:
•We deal with SMSA to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly as possible, with an estimated period ranging from 1 to 3 working days .
•Delays may occur if the product is out of stock or due to factors related to the shipping company, and we will make sure to inform you of this in advance.
• Order processing time:
•All orders are sent to the warehouse by 3:00pm to prepare for delivery.
•Applications submitted after this time will be carried over to the next day.
• Friday off: Orders are not processed or delivered on Friday.
• Delay and compensation: If the order is delayed for more than 9 working days , the store will bear the full shipping costs.
