- Shipping is available to all regions of the Kingdom via SMSA .
- Shipping cost: only 9 riyals.
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.
- Free delivery for orders valued at over 149 riyals.

- We offer same-day delivery within:
- grandmother
- Riyadh
- Eastern Province
- The service is currently available on products available at the local branch .
- If the product is not available at the branch:
- It is shipped from one of our other branches.
- The order will arrive within a maximum of 1 to 2 working days.
International Shipping
- Currently, international shipping is only available via DHL Express .
- International shipping cost:
- It starts from 50 riyals, and is calculated automatically according to the weight of the shipment and its destination when the order is completed.

Order processing
- Orders are processed and coordinated with the shipping company within an estimated period of 1 to 3 working days.
- All orders are sent to the warehouse at 3:00 PM for preparation.
- Orders registered after this time are rolled over to the next day.
- Friday: Orders are not processed or delivered.
- In the event of any delay due to product shortages or shipping company-related circumstances, the customer will be notified in advance.
